
Acerola Salsa
Ingredients
- 300 g acerola cherries
- 1 small pinch allspice
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 hot green pepper
- juice of 1 lime
- 60 ml grapeseed oil
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Finely chop the chilli, coriander and garlic.
- Remove the stalks and seeds and crush the cherries keeping the juice to one side. Then finely chop the cherries.
- Mix all ingredients together and season to taste.
