Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Wash the beets and wrap each one individually in aluminium foil and bake in the oven for 1 - 1 ½ hours, until the beets are very soft.
Remove the baked beets from the foil, let them cool down and peel. Cut into smaller pieces and use a blender to combine with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper, cool and serve with vegan pâté.
