Acerola Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g acerola cherries
  • 1 small pinch allspice
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 hot green pepper
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 60 ml grapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the chilli, coriander and garlic.
  • Remove the stalks and seeds and crush the cherries keeping the juice to one side. Then finely chop the cherries.
  • Mix all ingredients together and season to taste.
